Property has been updated and the lobby is a great spot to sit and look at the ocean. The room we stayed in had ants (staff did come and spray) and the toilet leaked around the base. Overall the location is the best characteristic of the hotel.

Pros: Location was great and beach view was beautiful. Nice places to sit at the beach and they provided little kits to make smores. Front desk staff was helpful. Cons: It was very loud and noisy, I think being on the beach side made this worse, but we were awoken very late at night by loud people on the balcony and yelling outside. The room had a very dirty floor and mold on the bathroom ceiling.

Food good. Bed too soft. Sofa too hard. Bathroom small. Charges outrageous. Exterior deferred maintenance. Parking spaces very narrow. Difficult to get in and out of space.

Place was amazing! Staff was professional and friendly. They have fireplaces outside that over look the ocean and you can walk down to the beach. Pet friendly and everything is close by.

It was a beautiful stay! The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because our curtain wasn’t properly working and the sun blasted us in the morning lol Besides that everything was wonderful!
