Slightly away from the nearest subway station. Very basic business hotel. Did not find value for money for the amount we paid for the stay. Very large bedroom by Japanese standards but a tiny washroom. They could've designed the space better. Will stay closer to Hakata station or Canal City for our next visit.

There is only 1 lift to serve 10 levels. The lobby is also on the top floor which makes it troublesome. Rather old - and cleanliness can be improved. Found long hair in the room, on the bed in between my 2 night stay.

This hotel is old. I believe they renovated only the entrance? I understand the equipment and buildings are getting old. I don't really mind. But, "THIS Hotel", cleanliness and Noise are the worst part. It seems like Nothing was cleaned. The hairs were everywhere, and dust is stuck like a melted candy. I don't even think they clean or replace bedsheets every time. I could hear stepping and water running sound from upper floors. We could barely fell asleep and even wake up because of the noise(soundproofing does NOT exist at all!). Front desk staff is very unkind and rude. Since I don't speak Japanese and the front desk doesn't speak English, I totally understand communication is not easy, but he was the most rude person I've ever met in my whole Japan trip.

Itโ€™s a no-frills place and it shows. The coin lockers that greet you on the first floor are a giveaway. Instead of letting you check your bags before you check in, you check your bag yourself. As hotels go, itโ€™s like a subway station-youโ€™re sharing it with other commuters. And it might not be luxurious, but thatโ€™s okay-especially in Japan where things are safe. Not a stretch limo, but it works just fine.
