At check in the staff was very friendly and helpful with details about the room, parking and the area around the hotel since this was our first time in Nashville. Room very clean and nice size. Loved that the hotel was close to the downtown area so we could walk to all the places we were wanting to see and not have to take the car. Was nice that they had a self service/self pay store with a wide range of items for purchase which we did use to purchase food items.. we would definitely book this hotel again.

In fact, we ended up meeting their best employee ever (shoutout to Allie B.) who not only gave us great recommendations but actually showed us around and even took us out to dinner.
