We were a little disappointed that even though we hung up our towels to reuse them, housekeeping replaced them. Interestingly, not the bath mat, just the towels. 😔Otherwise, it is right in the heart of downtown Vancouver, close to lots of food and activities.

We landed in Vancouver pretty early, but the staff were able to check us in early. This was super helpful, as we were able to leave our bags, freshen up, and rest before exploring the city. The hotel also was close to the areas we had in our itinerary, so we were able to come back mid-day for a quick power nap. Highly recommend!

Holiday was quiet, room was comfortable and a really good size, beds and amenities all good - check in was fast and efficient. Staff greeted us by name each day which was excellent. Only issue was the breakfast - we had paid in advance - ala carte - and got a cold and very limited breakfast option as the restaurant was being refurbished - no discount offered - a shame as it was not cheap to add it on to the room cost
