The staff were very friendly and I liked the fact that there were 2 choices of restaurants attached to the hotel and a Starbucks in the lobby. Very convenient and walkable to the BMO Centre and across the street from the Calgary Tower which is worth taking in if you have the time.

Loved that they were thoughtful about the noise by leaving earplugs. Location was great being right next to Stephen Ave, lots of restaurants and shopping options. We particularly enjoyed the Members Lounge with its wide selection, 24/7 access and relaxing atmosphere. Chris was great company as well making sure we were taken care of and comfortable. The room was very clean, the bed super comfortable. Will absolutely be making this our preferred choice from now on.
