We had an awesome stay! Valet parking was awesome for only an extra 12$ Can order drinks from the bar downstairs and bring to your room was cool. All the staff from the front desk, to valet to the bar staff were super helpful and very friendly! The bed was so comfortable with lots of soft pillows. Best sleep. We stayed here overnight on our way to Banff... and while it was fine, I'm not sure it was worth the $500 price tag. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful... that said, the hotel itself is just old. Our room smelled musty (especially if the AC was on) and the carpet was peeling up with a whole line where the carpet had been unraveled and you could see the underlay.
