Good location but there is a disco bar nearby, open just 4 months ago, and the music is very loud from 10 to 2 am. They warn you when you check in . There is no TV, the breakfast is average. The workers are very friendly, room was very clean.

Budget hotel in Zicatela. It was a great stay

Hotel in a great, safe, very commercial area just across from Zicatela beach. This beach is mainly for surfers because of high waves, but it is a short walk from the main beach which is good for swimming. The hotel is nice, but it needs some maintenance here and there and some deep cleaning, but we had a very nice stay. The pool is very good and service is also great. Breakfast was also great. Parking is a very nice plus. We would stay there again

The hotel is well located and clean. The problem is the staff. The receptionist (a guy in the afternoon) was very disrespectful and dishonest. My group of tourists arrived at the hotel in the evening, already tired from the trip. The receptionist made my group pay for an extra room unnecessarily. The reservation was already made and paid for. When I spoke on the phone with the receptionist, he was dishonest, rude, and racist. He did not have the courtesy to apologize to my group. A regrettable situation.

es un hotel con una historia hermosa. la ubicación es la mejor en Zicatela. Es una lástima que el restaurante que tiene una vista maravillosa, este totalmente abandonado. Solo se usa para el desayuno que está incluido y después lo cierran, ni siquiera puede servir como bar, es un gran desperdicio.

El hotel es muy bello, la ubicación excepcional. Lo único que es una lástima es que el restaurante no siga funcionando todo el día, la vista desde ese lugar es la mejor de Zicatela y solo se usa para el desayuno. Antes sí tenia servicio y sobre todo la cena era muy linda, por la puesta del sol.

El hotel ya esta en mal estado, muy viejo. Al llegar el personal ayudo mucho, y pedi vista al mar y nos pusieron en el primer piso con vista al jardin. La taza del bano no bajaba y el internet era demasiado lento.
