The Brenners Hotel and Spa property is simply sublime and exquisite. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful and form the back drop for relaxing moments sipping beverages or enjoying quiet time. The Fritz and Felix restaurant is excellent and among the best in Baden Baden. The bar is gorgeous and the bartenders and service staff in general are all on top of their game.

Clean room with a nice terrace. The owner is helpful and always available. They have a hot tub and a huge covered spa which is fun to use. Breakfast is good, in addition we had a well equipped kitchen available. The bathroom would benefit from additional hooks for towel and some smaller towels in addition.

From an extremely helpful and friendly receptionist, Osama to lovely team serving an exceptional breakfast, all staff contributed to a great stay at this wonderful property. Definitely coming back to this amazing hotel!

We loved staying at this property. The hotel common areas and rooms are beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Fresh bottles of water are delivered daily. The hotel lobby is lovely and having 2 Michelin star JYS in the building was a bonus. Proximity to old town was perfect. Close enough to walk daily without being in the middle of the crowds.

The Dolder Grand is simply the finest hotel in which I’ve ever stayed. From staff service to the amenities of which there are many, to the accommodations themselves, the Dolder Grand is unmatched in quality by any standards.

My wife and I celebrating a second honeymoon hiking in the Jungfrau had a layover in Zurich. A dear and well-traveled friend recommended Baur au Lac-- a true international gem. The history, service and overall quality are superlative -- right down to the pillow menu.

The desk staff and concierge were wonderful: helpful, prompt and friendly. The rooms were beautiful, and the breakfasts offered a huge and delicious variety of cereals, breads, eggs, meats, cheeses, juices, coffees, teas, and more.

Unbelievable on all accounts. Great gym, pools, restaurants, food, covered amenities, etc.

Great service. Staff bent over backwards. Had a problem with wireless internet and was fixed on the spot. The property is spotless.

Unimpressive lobby, but luxurious rooms. River front would have been much preferred, as cobblestone street traffic in the mornings is very loud, even with daylight-proof exterior window coverings. We did not follow the hotel’s recommendation for a tourist trap. We found much better and less $$ dining options away from the riverfront. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. This is the quintessential German resort hotel, unbelievable property that has us finding new rooms and experiences each day. In the middle of hiking country with e-bikes easily rented. The food and service was impeccable, can’t speak more highly!

This hotel is fabulous and convenient to the Christmas markets. We really enjoyed our stay. The Christmas tree in our room was a bonus.
