"My whole experience was absolutely amazing. Rooms were all the time in good condition. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Food was very hygienic , tasty as well as fresh. So much variety in food. They come to your table and make sure you are pleased with food if we need anything. Lots of activity to do in nature. Very informative. Staff was knowledgeable about Rainforest . Its children friendly .I highly recommend this place for families. Hope to visit again. 🙂"

"This is a fine property for stay in Ooty. Room is sufficient space, clean. Liked also complimentary snacks in the room. Staff are kind. They even offered my wife and me to light lamps for the evening. Dinner and breakfast choices are very good. Walkable to botanical gardens nearby. Good view of the city."

"Access road is really bad, Hot water is not available for the second person, need to wait 25 minutes to get enough hot water for the next person. All glasses for drinking water had a faint smell of kerosene.
