This was my first time here but won't be my last! Beautiful room without the noise of a big hotel..I loved my beautiful private balcony and the staff are wonderful! I even ran into the bartender off duty and she came up to me.. Super pleasant and let me know if my group wanted to join them or needed anything.. Now that is great customer service!

.I arrived at Upachaya in a state of mental and physical exhaustion. This is a fabulous place to unwind and de-stress. I curled up on the porch for two weeks and spent most afternoons simply reading and/or writing. I enjoyed falling asleep listening to the tree frogs and the men fishing in the bay. The hotel is more than we expected in terms of room size and facilities.

Staff was great we booked a double queen and some how ended with 1 twin. We were a family of 4 they were great to resolve this issue

I cannot say enough about how perfect this place is! The secluded setting between two happening spots was just right for us. The resort is impeccably designed by the owner herself. It’s as gorgeous as the beachfront view. The hospitably and the food is just amazing. Extras like kayaks and snorkel gear onsite for convenient use. If you’re looking to be spoiled in paradise this place is not to be missed.

Clean, nice atencion

This was our 5th time to West Bay and highly recommend. This is why we liked it- Spacious, clean, great balcony, and fanatic location. Argentinian Grill staff were extremely accommodating, attentive, and welcoming. Only complaint is the rooster at the house next door. Would stay here again!

My husband booked this resort for me I enjoyed my stay. Very relaxing my room was clean and it had everything I needed and more. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the beach and food at the bar. Beautiful ocean view and spectacular sunset. I will definitely be returning with my husband.

Love it!

The hotel is very nice, right in front of the beach. It has a lot of treas and is quiet. Very convenient location, the kayaks are free to use for guest. I did have an incident were I was charged $8 more than it was supposed to, I told the manager, and she reimbursed me that money. Overall I was very pleased with the hotel and do recommended to other travelers.

It’s the best place not only for the location, but the pool, hotel amenities, restaurant, staff, and walking distance to all the best attractions the island has to offer. Minutes of snorkel away from the beautiful, colorful, amazing coral reef.

The property was incredibly convenient, excellent location central to West Bay. Easy access to loads of dinning options, activities and services. Beach front bar is epic and pool side oasis is incredibly relaxing. From the Minute we were greeted at the airport, we felt special. We were picked up on time and driven to our hotel where We were given a welcome drink and shown to our room. The hotel surpassed our expectations as we weren't sure about the location from the map. We had a room with an amazing view of the water and sunsets.
