Part of the reason i booked was because of the casino but it was closed. In fact the hotel looked like it was closed. Its a big beautiful hotel but i think i was the only guest my first night. The saving grace was the staff who were excellent and attentive. They were the reason i decided to extend my stay

El edificio esta bien ubicado al centro de la ciudad antigua. Pero el edificio, que es muy bonito, esta muy deteriorado y sin ningún mantenimiento. Las habitaciones son muy amplias pero el equipo dentro está muy deteriorado. Las bañeras son antiguas y algo sucias.Por visitarles en Semana Santa, no nos dieron desayunos como pagado y un día no había personal de limpieza/. Es una lástima que un lugar tan hermoso lo haya dejado perder. Los empleados son muy amables

Pésimo hotel

Pésimo el hotel no es lo que ofrece es un hotel que tiene un ruido horrible no dejan dormir a nadie el escándalo y además la ropa de cama huele a sucio y también mis padres se la pasaron faltan son personas de la tercera edad y les asignaron un baño de tina de cerámica que no pudieron accesar a él horrible deberían sacar este hotel de su lista de opciones un precio totalmente elevado para lo que ofrecen además no dan el desayuno en todo mienten
