Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff was helpful and friendly. Only thing to keep in mind- it’s right on a canal which is great for travel but boats are going early in the morning and can be a bit loud. Didn’t diminish my stay though!

Amazing experience, perfect location. Very close to all attractions. Staff was amazing especially Allesandro at the reception. He was very helpful with all our questions and needs and gave us recommendations for our visit.
An old pallazo right on a canal full of Venetian charm.
Can’t wait to come back. Thanks

This is a beautiful romantic villa atop a hill a few kilometers from Vecenza. There is nothing else to do in the area, but that is the point. This would make an excellent relaxing stop on a road trip across Italy. There’s a pool with a bar and great restaurant. The rooms are comfortable with nice views.

My wife Carrie and I stayed at the hotel for five nights during the first week of May 2017. We arrived early in the morning and Raffael at the front desk was able to get our room ready for us several hours before the 2pm check-in time. We stayed in Room #12, which was located on the second floor overlooking the canal behind the hotel and the hotel courtyard. It was a corner room and we kept the four sets of double windows windows open to enjoy the fresh air and watch the gondolas pass by...

We found this lovely small hotel in Venezia Mestre—about a twenty minute bus ride from Venice. It overlooks a charming town square with lost of evening activity. Venice was so crowded we were actually happy to get back to Mestre in the evening and dine with the locals in really nice restaurants.
The staff at the hotel were great—the told us how to get around, even suggested a side trip to Padova, fifteen minutes by train. that was wonderful, an old city with old university and a medieval area.

This property was great! So convenient to everything. And such a nice cute hotel. Valentina at the front desk was extremely helpful. I’d stay here again

We booked the Suite Pisani and it was amazing! There were four balconies where you could sit out on the Grand Canal. My husband and I spent a whole afternoon lounging on our balcony just enjoying the breath taking view. The staff is very friendly and helped us book our water taxi to the airport. BEST place to stay in Venice

In Ca' San Polo, we think we experienced the kind of building where middle class Venetian families have lived for centuries, a building with thick, cool, soundproof walls; good-sized rooms; narrow stairways; floors with slight bumps and slants from settling; few windows (because of the side-by-side nature of all building) but with the allusion of many (provided by heavy draperies and layers of curtains). The hotel was spotless. We also liked the empty, narrow, alley-like street where it is...

The staff was charming and helpful. The included breakfast more than satisfactory (including the coffee!). Great bed. TV easy to navigate. Computer available in lobby for those of us without Smartphones to check emails. Centrally located -- astounding to us for the price we paid.
