Wonderful hotel just a few minute walk to the tram station to Venice. Right in the heart of Piazza Ferretto. Very clean with great little touches like the bamboo slippers. Breakfast was good too with lots of options. The best part was the completely sound proof windows! There could be a parade going on outside and you wouldn’t even know it. Noise is just something you usually have to deal with when staying in a prime area especially in the piazza, but this was an amenity I didn’t know I needed. The stuff were all extremely personable and very helpful answering questions and giving recommendations. 10/10 would stay here again

A wonderful hotel. Excellent location, aside from being a bit of a walk to the closest parking and or taxis. This trip, I had a lot of luggage, including a large snowboard bag, and was a bit of a hassle to lug it there all by myself. Otherwise, highly recommend and is very close walk to the main bus depot where you can catch your ride to the heart of Venice.

Hotel Vivit was a great choice for our large family. We booked the Loft, which was amazing! Enough room for everyone, delicious breakfast and gracious staff! Amazingly comfortable and right in the centre of town. You can take a bus into Venice from the tram stop 5 minutes away from the hotel. Only feedback, there is no coffeeshop open early in the area. Hotel could give customers access to the coffee machine :) Other than that... we'll definitely go back and i highly recommend it.

This joint is right on a beautiful promenade full of shopping and strolling down to the bus depot where you will be in Venice city in 20 minute for pennies. Surprisingly enough you won’t fond a better breakfast anywhere. Fresh variety, working auto cappuccino machines, pastry, eggs, breads and delicious jams.Get it!

We stayed at this hotel last minute when our flight into Venice was delayed and we arrived in the evening. We didn't have high expectations since we hadn't had time to research, but were extremely pleasantly surprised. We found the hotel to be charming, and the main piazza of Mestre to be lovely. We ate dinner at Fratteli la Bufala around the corner and it was the best pizza of our trip. We took the local bus into Venice the next day which was easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend Venice tourists consider staying here instead of actually in Venice as it is much more affordable, has less of a tourist-overload feel, and was a very pleasant stay! I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.
