Totalopplevelsen hadde vært bedre dersom renholdet hadde vært på topp. Badekaret hadde skitne flekker i seg, alle håndklærne luktet surt og bassenget var fullt av sand. Oppvask og matrester etter måltider ble ikke hentet og tiltrakk seg maur og fugler. Tungvindt å måtte ringe for å be om at dette ble hentet. I tillegg burde badet vært lukket med vindu. "Very nice villas in the jungle. Amazing location and cool view of the jungle from the room. Excellent room with clean sheets and clean bathroom. The pools were really nice but the wooden flooring around the pools are getting worn which is tricky with a small baby. The atmosphere was really calm and I believe that this will be the most relaxing stay we have in Bali. Super cool hotel and very attentive staff. We even had a baby crib on the room upon arrival."
