Anyone who is looking for a great resort with impeccable service should stay here. We stayed at this hotel for 8 days in mid-January 2017 and couldn't have been more pleased. Rooms are fantastic as they all have balconies and are ocean view. We have been all over the Caribbean and I would rate the Cliff as one of the top resorts I have been too. If you want to ocean swim, they have low and high cliffs to jump off and ladders into the ocean if you prefer to ease in. If you want to lounge...

Took a week-long trip with my girlfriend in late July 2015 and stayed in the oceanfront room.
Grounds/staff: The grounds are extremely well-kept and every single member of the staff is incredibly polite and friendly. The ambiance is highly relaxing and extremely quiet; not what my girlfriend and I were expecting in Jamaica, but isn't necessarily a bad thing. The mosquitoes became a bit bothersome, but the hotel made every effort to prevent this by 'fogging' the lower area of the resort twice...

Everything is amazing at this resort. Every aspect is picture perfect. We enjoyed our stay at Half-Moon and was pleasantly surprised by everything the resort offered. The only issue we had was the cost for beverages and food. The all-inclusive plan was absolutely absurd at $210 a person per day so we stuck with the pay as you go plan. Average meal for dinner will run you no less than $120 a couple.

I had such an amazing experience. Everything was great. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you to my butlers Michelle and Romaine. Thank you to Peaches, Simone, and Captain Kirk. They made sure they took good care of me during my stay. They felt like family

The two story town house is located on the cliff facing the ocean, with spectacular view. I can’t say enough how beautiful this property is. In the end we decided to spend more time in the house to enjoy the view and surroundings, reading and having dinner, watching sunset.
The property itself is well equipped, clean and modern. The master bed room has beautiful view of the ocean -almost like painting with every morning waking up to embrace the sun and blue ocean.

I go to Jamaica almost every year and stay at different resorts. I find this resort to be great for the price. They even accommodated me to a room on the ground level because I have trouble with stairs. All the staff were pleasant and always asked if they could help you in anyway. The food was good and I know some reviews state differently. You have to realize people come from all over the world and trying to please everyone would be impossible. I know tipping is not mandatory but they work so...

I had no problems with my room. My butlers were the best. Mostly all the restaurants and the bars closed early which i thought that was odd for a all inclusive resort

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wabi Sabi Villa in Lucea, Jamaica, and it was truly an exceptional experience. This villa offers everything you could ask for in a private retreat, including a stunning private pool and jacuzzi for guests to enjoy. The all-inclusive package with a personal chef made our stay even more special, as we were treated to delicious meals in the comfort of our own villa. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and any issues we encountered were promptly addressed...

This property has so much potential in that it is renovated, just needs some details in the renovation completed, some of the staff needs some appreciation, location on hip strip was great, be nice to have something available at the pool to make it worth the steps climbing up to it, breakfast was nice.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience during my recent stay! From the moment my boyfriend and I stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly made us feel like cherished guests. It was my birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every moment was special, crafting unforgettable memories that we will treasure forever.
Not only did they graciously accommodate our request for a room change, but they also went the extra mile to ensure that...

First off the staff Is first rate... They helped me in so many ways...from booking a scooter from gas.. To calling my tour bus to arrange my ride home and everything in between..Just don't be afraid to ask... Even the maids and the yard men are extremely friendly... Strike up a conversation and you will have a friend for your stay that will help you with whatever you may need.. The food and drinks as well as the bartenders and waitresses were awesome... If you are trying to stay away from the hustle and bustle of big resorts, Samsara is the way to go. Laid back, relaxing, authentic Negril feel at this resort. Samsara sports two pools, a gift shop, a ping pong and pool table and an all inclusive option. One side of the property has recently been renovated (VUZ) and it's really nice and updated. All balconies face the sea and the beautiful Negril Sunset. I can't speak for the old side of the resort since I did not stay there.

The room was good; I happened to be located near the restaurant. The room had everything I needed, and the staff was able to bring me a fold-out, portable bed/cot. It also contained Wi-Fi, AC (mainly focused in the bedroom), hot/cold water, fridge, and a microwave.
The staff was great. Shout-outs in particular to Annette and Gladis who worked with me on some requests that I had. Some of which were solid favors that really helped me out! Continued hugs to both of you!
