LOVE this hotel!! The moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the hotel manager and staff. The service was wonderful, our suite was very nicely appointed, with gorgeous views of the lake. The beds and linens were ultra cozy and luxurious. The hotel was convenient located, and offered a beautiful free breakfast buffet in their gorgeous dining room. There seemed to be a pleasant and unexpected surprise around every corner with a fresh interpretation of old meets new. Would highly recommend...

Grand Hotel des Lles Borromees is a wonderfully elegant hotel set lakeside with beautiful grounds and gardens. My wife and I extended our stay from 3 to 5 nights - expensive, but well worth it. Where else on earth would be nicer than this? The views from our balcony of the lake and mountains were breathtaking.
It is very meticulously kept up - did I say elegant - and spotless too. In the gorgeous lobby and bar areas we never saw how they did this - cleaning fairies in the middle of the...

Lovely stay in a wonderful location with superb staff and accommodating service. Francesco was particularly helpful as he was present at both arrival and check-out. I will stay here again!

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in, beautiful wood and stone work everywhere, incredibly picturesque. The spa and pool areas were gorgeous and the staff was impeccably helpful. We honestly had a tough time leaving, to the point that we considered booking an additional night and staying even though we had already prepaid for a room at another hotel further along in our travels - it was that good. Highly recommended.

Perhaps the most welcoming experience that we have had. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Location is very good, walking distance to lifts and to a broad range of restaurants.
The pool and jacuzzi have a unique vibe.
Highly recommended as a top choice in Zermatt.

Altapura richly deserves its 5-star rating. The resort is spectacular, and all the amenities are at one's fingertips. The ski school or instructors meet you there, the rentals and ski departures are just at the door, the food, wines, and all amenities are first rate. We took our 9-year old granddaughter and by the end of the week she had made fast friends with 6 other children. They skied, swam, played computer games, took photos in a booth, and fell asleep happy and exhausted. The village is...

Beautifully styled modern hotel, pristine condition. Excellent service. Spa experience (free) was very fun. Breakfast buffet extensive and delicious. View of Matterhorn from balcony was a huge perk. Located in middle of "Downtown" area with train/tram stations, tennis courts, shopping, restaurants, and bars within stone's throw.

It was an amazing stay! I highly recommend the Unique Hotel Post. Upon arrival we were greeted with prosecco and made to feel at home while checking in. Our rooms were comfortable and had breathtaking views of the village. Our location was exemplary, in the heart of Zermatt and near all shopping. I can't wait to visit again.

starting with the doorman and going on to the cheerful welcome by Clizia at the front desk, it became quite clear that everyone who works here is carefully chosen for the ability to pamper the clients. Annalisa at the lounge, Fabrezio at the concierge desk were both notable in the friendliness. this hotel will be my go-to hotel if i return to Milan

I won't be able to say enough, the welcome, the facility, the staff, the location, the services, the food all go beyond expectations. This is truly a wonderful home away from home in a quiet neighborhood yet central enough to reach everything. The staff are beyond helpful and made our stay wonderful from the check in to the last moment. Thank you everyone. It is definitely on our list of hotels to recommend and to visit again. Now, let's talk about the spa; superb service, amazing, professional...

I had seen this hotel from the outside during my last trip to Milan and was curious to try it so I booked a 3 nights stay and I don't regret at all! The hotel is a classical one with warm and comfortable style. The lobby is very welcoming with excellent customer service at the reception and at the bar corner. The room was very comfortable and clean with a spacious bathroom.
Aside of the hotel itself the location is perfect, just across the street from Via Montenapoleone and 5 minutes walk from...

We were in Milan for just a few days but now wish we could stay a lot longer because of Bulgari. It's service and personal attention from staff to an overall design and quality of rooms is what makes it on par with Four Seasons or Peninsula brand of hotels in my mind. Amazing location, quiet, well run and managed - personal service from valet people to the management team - we had the best time ever perhaps anywhere.
Concierge was able to get us set up last minute with reservations on lake...
