"This hotel was in good shape and quite accessible to all the things Bruges has to offer. My only complaint is that the staff cleaned the carpet in my room prior to my arrival but did not tell me and the carpet was soaked. I needed to wear shoes at all times which was a minor inconvenience. When I mentioned this to the staff, they admitted to knowing this but didn't offer any alternatives."

"The rooms themselves were fine. However, when we arrived, there was no air conditioning during a very hot string of days. The check in staff did not seem to know how to fix it, and they said that it may not be fixed for a few days! When I contacted the manager, at the staff's request, she never responded back!! After a warm night, we talked to a new hotel staff person who said the fix was actually quite simple and he had the air conditioning up and running in about 15 minutes. Why this problem, which affected many people in the hotel, could not have been resolved right away is beyond me. The manager was clearly unable or unwilling to deal with hotel problems."

"It’s a very cool - lifestyle hotel. Awesome location. Huge rooms. Feels like a studio apartment. Platform bed. Black out shades. Breakfast is very generous spread; and fresh. You can get lunch or dinner at the bar. Very good draft beers; and alcohol choice. Outdoor space. I didn’t use the pool; spa; or gym. I ate at the Asian restaurant upstairs a few nights. It’s very convenient- food is ok. The shower drain got clogged once. Wouldn’t be a big deal except I think I read that happening w others. They don’t have valet to take bags to room. You have to ask for room cleaning. And bad isn’t always open for water and coffee to buy. It met my needs; and I liked it very much. Others may want valet for bags; store to always buy water etc. overall I do recommend very much and would stay again"
