"The room was excellent, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good - freshly made omelette to order was favourite. The staff were always helpful and polite.
The location was very good for local food & drink and transport links. The trams and buses are very good.
The bar was not open very much when we stayed, this was advertised that the opening hours were such though so we knew this but would have enjoyed having a drink at more flexible times in the bar."
"We stayed there for 3 nights. This hotel has great location since its waking distance from the Train station and the city center. However it's vintage in terms of everything needs to be updated or renovated. You feel the shower heads, plumbing, walls everything is old and could use some replacement or renovation. Our safe was not working, we informed the staff to fix it but nothing was done unfortunately, it was still not working until our last day. The head shower was leaking and water can definitely inondate the floor if you are not careful as there is half separation to the tub. The faucet were not working properly. You can definitely hear everything from the neighboring rooms, no privacy what's over.
Would I stay there again here probably no as I don't feel it level up to a 4 Star hotel to be honest."
"We stayed three nights. It was very clean and everyone was very nice. We didn’t do the breakfast but didn’t have a cappuccino one morning- it was fabulous. The location is perfect, everything was very walkable. "
"The facility was beautiful and very well situated. The staff was courteous and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was delectable."
"The room was wonderful for our family and walkable to Grand Place, many good restaurants and museums and experiences. If you want to see Art Nouveau buildings, this is the wrong side of the city. Otherwise, we really liked it. The pool is small."
"It was the reputation and is a regular guest at Holiday Inn when I travel. The only thing was it is far from Central Area amd needed a train and walk for 15 minutes."
