"I couldn’t be more happier with our stay. Very welcoming and friendly people. Thank you!"

"Cute little hotel just a short trip by train to Strasbourg. Kept car at hotel so we didn’t have to worry about the clean air sticker. Breakfast was good. We would stay here again. "

"Lovely hotel perfect for overnight stay en route to vacation. Hotel is in nice condition and rooms look recently updated. Our room had the toilet separate which is a surprise. Location in a rural town. For a short walk the visit to the tower in top of the hill is a nice one. No need for extremely good stamina although it is a climb to the top of the hill. There was some kind of gathering in the street i the evening, but everything really cheerful and it didn't last long. "

"Gammel bygning i et landlig og idylisk landskap sentralt i Rothau. Rommet i eldre stil. Hotellet blir drevet av hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening med gode språkkunskaper. Enkel, smakfull og sunn vegetar frokost- og middagservering."

"Beautiful hotel and very helpful staff. Wonderful view from the balcony in our room."

"Beautiful modern hotel behind a period facade in picturesque Barr on the routes des vin d’alsace. Outdoor swimming pool excellent in the hot weather. Dinner in the evening was very good,"

"What I especially liked was the ability to park on the property, with is in an outlying village of the Strasbourg metropolitan area, and bus it into the city - there's a regular service, takes half an hour, cost €2.50. It's a unique sort of property, an enclosed series of buildings, half-timbered in style, repurposed to local uses and tourism. The host is as brilliant as other reviews note - nothing too much trouble. "

"Bon accueil, chambre très spacieuse et très propre Diner sur place super copieux"

"Loved everything about this place. It was everything I wanted and needed. Great price and great host. "

"Clean and spacious rooms, nice pool, easy parking. "

"Great place to stay for the price."

"Fin morgenmad i et hyggeligt rum"

"great location and a large comfortable room"

"Staff very friendly and informative."

"We stayed here for one night with our dog. We arrived later than we expected but managed to get a drink sat outside and a meal. The room and bathroom were spotless. Dated decor but what do you expect for the price. I would stay here again. Excellent friendly staff, they put our bikes in the garage. Even spoke reasonable English"

"Les Prés d‘Ondine ist ein kleines Juwel. Wunderschön eingerichtet, charmante Gastgeber, ruhige, zauberhafte Lage um das Elsass in F und den Kaiserstuhl in D zu erkunden! Die Zimmer sind trotz großer Sommerhitze nicht zu heiß, das Frühstück im schönen Garten war reichhaltig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen."

"We loved the overall ambience of the hotel, easy parking and proximity to the beautiful nearby villages. Our room was well equipped and tastefully decorated and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend."
