8/10 Very good

A very good hotel overall with an excellent location. The room is quite small, but it has everything you need. The only downside was that the air conditioning blew directly onto the bed, so we had to turn it off. With temperatures around 30°C outside, it made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Wonderful small hotel located on the central square of Obernai. The staff was charming and helpful. The room was delightful and clean. Only wish we had stayed there more than one evening.

We had a fantastic stay at La Diligence Obernai, service and facilities were top notch. The location was lovely, we booked the balcony suite with its spectacular view and booked parking through the hotel which proved smart during the Christmas markets.

Charming Town and Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was great and helpful. The breakfast was good. The town of Obernai was charming and located within 30 mins of Colmar and Strasbourg. The cozy suites were small, but every inch of space was used well. The larger suites were more comfortable.

The charm of Beauty and the Beast

The Diligence hotel in Obernai was found totally by accident as I wanted a hotel outside of Strasbourg, but this town is just like the opening scene of Beauty and the Beast. The hotel is a modern jewel nested in the centre of Obernai.
