"The room was amazing with a beautiful view, breakfast was delicious, staff is great, my family had a great time looking forward to return again!"

"First time stay. Won't be the last. Great location, large room and comfortable bed. I appreciated the ability to warm up some food, that the tea/coffee station was well stocked and the smart-tv was large and integrated some hotel amenities. I further appreciated the direct access to the pub next door and had a couple great meals there. This hotel has decent parking and easy walking access to loads of things someone staying in the area might want to access."

"Exceptionally friendly & helpful staff; new facilities & super clean. Great position to shops, restaurants & attractions."

"This was my second stay with family at the motel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved having an early morning walk around the nearby park and swimming reserve . It is also a quick walk to the nearby excellent cafes and bakeries and the town's historic displays."

"This property is such a beautiful old building. It exceeded all of our expectations. It was stunning. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect for us."

"Quick stays where you don't want to pay to much. Staff were great as I had some concerns with parking in bay 1 which they resolved. The jug of cold water in fridge was handy as well. It is old but still good"

"I was impressed with the every aspect of this hotel, from the decore - not as bland as most hotels, with a nice mix of furniture and decorations appropriate to the age of the original building, to the fantastic staff at reception, the size of the rooms (very large suite) and the very comfy bed and furniture. A delight to stay there and the Provincial will be my accommodation choice when staying in Ballarat in the future."

"Clean and comfortable with free WiFi and free parking on site."

"Great hotel with wonderful country charm. Excellent meal in the bistro. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Helen at reception was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was big, and the bed comfortable. The property is in a good location, with restaurants just a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay here at Quest Ballarat. "
