"Great location for travel into York, Knaresborough and Harrogate, the cottage had a proper rustic feel to it and was very cosy whilst remaining practical. The owners were friendly and didn’t mind us going to visit their farm animals each morning, llamas, goats, ponies etc, which was a lovely touch. "

The room was comfortable and clean albeit a little too warm at night. Our breakfast was tasty and varied served by a very polite young lady. "Last minute booking as decided to stay overnight in York. Communication for check in was quick, property was easy to find, close to town and super clean and tidy. Had a relaxing stay and would definitely consider again next time we were in York. Small supermarket and Mrs Greedy’s at end of road was excellent for supplies and a quick cooked breakfast. "
