"Everything was easy with expedia. After arriving at abu dhabi airport went for some food, while eating booked a room through expedia and when i was done eating went straight to front desk and they already have my reservation. I mean really fast. Gave me room key and went up to room. Everything clean from entrance, elevator, hallway to rooms and the actual room was amazing. Room was big since it was just for me. But so happy i did get the room for 6 hrs. Needed the sleep and the shower. Room was really clean, quiet and bathroom great. I love everything and most of all able to take a shower, leave my belongings and go into airport shops for my needs. Definitely will book again in the near future."

"We had a wonderful stay at Emirates Palace in a beautiful sea-view room with Club Lounge access. The property is truly grand and spectacular, with so much to do without ever needing to leave — from camel rides to a variety of activities throughout the resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, but the Club Lounge team was truly exceptional. Everyone was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay special, including helping us arrange dinner reservations and organizing thoughtful anniversary treats in our room. A special thank you to Rohit, who was phenomenal with our 1.5-year-old son. He went out of his way to prepare special purées for him and would always ask if there was anything he could make for him. That personal attention meant so much to us and was one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast was truly incredible — one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced, with an amazing selection. The Kids' Palace was a little underwhelming compared with the rest of the property, and the enormous size of the palace can sometimes take away from the personal feel of the experience. Overall, Emirates Palace is an incredible and unforgettable property. The grandeur, setting, activities, amazing breakfast, and especially the exceptional Club Lounge staff made our stay very special."
