The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in consierge matters. The neighborhood is rather calm but still has really good food in walking distance. While it has 3 great on-site restaurants, one drawback would be the volume of level of the music played in the bar late into the night, which is fine if your room is on the other side (and they do provide earplugs) but might be an issue in a room closer to the sound.
Cass Bonita is located in a residential neighborhood approximately 15 minutes by car from the city. The hotel provides a shuttle until 5 pm. A wonderful stay. Behind an imposing black metal gate, a beautiful hideaway a short (5-10 minutes) walk from major attractions - with plenty of dining options in the immediate area. This hotel is in a pleasant and easily walkable neighborhood. The rooms are nice, it's quiet, it's kept clean, and the rooftop deck is awesome.

Great old school Hotel sure it’s older but beautiful property staff was great. Pool was nice not too far from the central. They always have a taxi waiting there for you to go or you can walk probably your 10 or 15 minute walk-through Oaxaca.
