Upon Vila Alcochete Hotel

"I highly recommend staying here! 🥰 After a long day of exploring, it truly feels like coming home. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, including the housekeeping team. If you need an iron, just ask, and they’ll gladly lend you one along with an ironing board. I honestly don’t regret staying here at all, even though it’s a little far from Lisbon. There are several bus stops near the hotel, so getting around is pretty convenient. The area is beautiful, and there’s even a cute little bar right across the street! The hotel was clean, and housekeeping came by every day to make sure my room stayed tidy. I also can’t forget to mention the rooftop bar! The views are amazing, and the bartenders are super friendly. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery after a long day. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Portugal! 🇵🇹✨"

I enjoyed this place a lot, bed was comfortable, the desk was large enough to get work done, it was a nice place."

"The hotel was charming and highlighted the historic nature of the town. We really enjoyed the concept of books lining the walls which added a uniqueness to the experience. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed the complimentary buffet breakfast which featured a large selection of delicious food. We also enjoyed ginja at the bar! Our only recommendation would be that the hotel replace the worn carpet leading up the stairs, otherwise, our one night stay was wonderful."

"The resort is exactly as described, clean, bright and comfortable. My husband golfed one day and I walked to the beach (approximately 40 minutes each way) You could swim in the lagoon but the ocean side was wild and looked dangerous but it is a spectacular beach. The course was excellent condition, bunkers nice and greens were fast. A fairly challenging layout. It’s quite the drive to get to the resort but don’t worry, you’ll get there 😆 Overall a great experience!"

"This property is very minimal of what it offers. The bathroom is down the hall. It’s not in the room. It’s the one important thing that needs to be known. The owner was very pleasant and gave me great instructions on how to get a cap in the morning, I knew what I was getting. It was a very temporary for one night."
