"The highlight of this hotel is the breakfast, which you can eat inside or out. It's a great breakfast, and considering the cost of food in Switzerland, really adds to the value. The rest of the hotel is basic. Staff were friendly, room was basic, location was good if you wanted to be near the lake Geneva waterfront and the neighbourhood offered plenty of international restaurants. My biggest turn off was the smell of the room which hit me every time I entered. I believe the smell was coming from the carpet which looked in desperate need of a wash. Of course, after 20 seconds it was unnoticeable, and perhaps this was an issue specific to this room."

"Very nice hotel. Public areas are very well maintained and you can grab a drink or a bite at any time of the day / night. Check-in was very smooth and quick and staff was always very helpful. Breakfast is just wonderful - with such a great variety of foods and high quality. Just a couple of notes: room layout with sink in bathroom could be revisited and the rooms have limited storage for clothes and no minibar / slippers / bathrobes. Other than that, lovely stay in the heart of Geneva! Thank you!"
