I am sure the property will be lovely when completed ready for the summer tourists but I only managed to stay one of my two nights."

"10 minutes walk from Rochester castle and high street. Located just on the Strood side of Rochester Bridge. Room was acceptable, with a nice en-suite equipped with shower gel and shampoo. No air-con unfortunately, but a fan was provided (weather was v hot during my stay). Staff were polite and helpful. I paid just over 90 quid for a double room. Acceptable value"

"Staff fabulous. Rooms a little dated but clean. Comfy bed and decent shower. No breakfast options but it didn’t matter as breakfast was excellent. No complaints at all. Great price for what we got. Will go back Parking 5 mins away as is the beach. Location great if you want the hub of the action."

"This type of accommodation is why I love to stay at less corporate type places. It was different, comfortable and had lovely decor. But by far the best part was the wonderful young lady who was serving breakfast, she was friendly and kept me topped up with coffee while I worked. It is the first time I have ever nipped to the loo only to come back to a full cup of coffee without asking. What a lovely surprise. I am so sorry I have forgotten her name but I will never forget her excellent service."
