"Ideally located next to the ferry terminal and fisherman’s wharf, we had a great stay for our family of 4. They upgraded us into a family suite with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and the full kitchen was very helpful when travelling with 2 little ones."

"Although it was a slow process to check in and a long 4 pm line up, the extra care the staff took to assure we had access for my elderly parent was wonderful. Parking is extra but easy and secure. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices and plenty of fresh fruit. The hotel is older but the beds and lindens were top notch. Great choice for an inner harbour hotel in beautiful Victoria."

"Good place to stay in Victoria. Definitely appreciate the free bicycle as Victoria is full of bike paths and the flexibility of the hotel staff. Do want to return for more tourism. The hotel was relatively safe and across the street from a bookstore. BC Transit bus stops were nearby also - including for the 70 & 72 that'll take you direct to the BC Ferries terminal to the north, and via a transfer to Victoria International Airport if need be. The bed was very comfortable also. Do recommend."
