A academia do prédio é excelente e a garagem também. O supermercado em baixo do prédio é um facilitador. Jane, a interlocutora entre o anfitrião e o hóspede , é atenciosa e dá retorno às dúvidas pelo whatsapp. O check-in antecipado e o cadastro facial adianta muito na hora da chegada. "Excelente localização, interior do quarto muito bonito e muito novo, todo o mobiliário em excelentes condições. Cama muito confortável, Smart TV essencial e eficiente aparelho de ar-condicionado que ajudou muito a aguentar o frio de Floripa. Só uma toalha e um lençol que notei uma mancha de sangue mal-lavada em cada, mas que não estragou em nada a excelente hospedagem que tive."
