"Mostly closed. Room was fine, heat was off when we came in so freezing. TV wasn’t functioning. But we were off season and the hotel looks they are putting a lot of effort into the restaurant so it will be great in the summer"

"The receptionist at check-in was terrible. I said hi three times and she never responded. She didn’t smile or seem friendly at all. While my friend was filling out the check-in paperwork, I said that I wanted to check in as well, and she replied, “I’m doing one right now,” in a very rude tone.
