This is a beautiful place to stay. They have their own restaurant. Breakfast buffet was good, but isn’t included. Also ate dinner there as we were tired and it was delicious.

We had an excellent stay at Auberge Inn. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beautiful waterfront and close to everything in town. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the elevators made getting around very convenient. The facilities were excellent, and the food was delicious with great options. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay, offering comfort, convenience, and great hospitality. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice place everything looked clean and the gardens were lovely. Walkable distance to the downtown of Baddeck. Restaurant looked recently renovated. I felt like I was in a comunal area. They had a microwave in the front entrance of the building where the rooms were. It felt more like a camping cottage that a hotel. The room was nice and clean. No balcony just a long corridor before entering the room.
I thought I would explain this here since I had no idea that the inn looked like that from the pictures on the website

Clean room, easy check in, staff provided restaurant and information about the town. However, we found stain on new towel, no shower gel nor conditioner at bathroom.

We had a room on the top floor of the "Huntley" Bldg. The elevator is old, and I got stuck in it by myself, metal creaking and banging. It was awful. No "Gee, I'm so sorry, we'll comp you on a meal, or a drink, or something!!" But nada. Very poor hospitality and social skills.
The dinner we had was below average. Breakfast buffet was okay, coffee was good, as were the baked goodies and serving staff was really nice.
The room had a large window which needs to be replaced as it is cracked.

Dinner was good. Breakfast was ok. Staff very nice, helpful, informative. Ice Machines only worked in one building. The other 2 buildings did not have ice machines working. Maybe too early in the season, but still needed by some guests.
Inn setting very nice. Nice patio area and yard. Good parking. Close to downtown Baddeck and the waterfront.
