"Staff was hands down the most kind we encountered! Very helpful and willing to answer questions. Rooms were well equipped and breakfast was included. This place was amazing. 5 min walk to trains and staff gave you a city pass to utilize during your stay. Room was cozy and clean. Loved the meringue cookies in the room! Great location."

"The hotel is lovely. Views magnificient. The little town is adorable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Used this as a base to go visit Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen. Lots of history. Breakfast was yummy. The only two issues we had with the room was the lack of significant lighting in the bathroom. There was one small recessed light. The other thing was the corner shower was very tight for the hubs. "

"Eiger Mountain Soul resorts staff were amazing. If you were standing anywhere at the hotel, multiple staff would asks if you needed something. Very clean, great dining, and in the main part of town, near the train station. If you stay there, you can walk either direction from the hotel to find nice restaurants and shops. Great gym facility and the private whirlpool eas awesome. Would stay again."
