The Ahmed Oraby location is so funky at night, you feel like you’re in an Egyptian movie. Soundproof windows, so you get to choose to hear it or not. Simple and thoughtful breakfast. "We stayed at the Sofitel Cairo Downtown with my wife and teen daughter for three nights before heading to Giza. Our Prestige Suite had two balconies and a separate bedroom. Staff was professional and attentive throughout. I highly recommend the Millesime Club option, which provides excellent complementary breakfast and afternoon tea. All in all, an excellent stay in Cairo."
