We also stayed at the Sofitel which was much more younger crowd (our age), trendy, and also beautiful, so just keep in mind this Marriott tends towards the slightly older refined crowd, rather than young and hip."

The staff are friendly, welcoming, and treat guests like family. Sure, it can be loud at night, but that comes with the location. Take a 'white noise' playlist and you'll be fine. Enjoy your stay!"
