"Fabulous gem of a place to stay Really friendly staff Super good value Good bar good Great breakfast"

"Comfy bed, good shower, good room temperature and very convenient location "

"We stayed for 4 nights the location was perfect. Rooms are a little tired looking, carpets didn't feel clean under your feet. When we arrived I was unsure if the beds were fresh as the blankets we just pulled up over the bed and pillows not tucked in like hotels beds are. On inspection bed was clean. Maybe a little more TLC is required. Also soap in shower was that watered down it was ridiculous. But Staff were absolutely lovely nad location was great. "

"Really nice room and amazing service from Maria."

"Great location, room and amazing breakfast good value for money "

"Excellent breakfast & superb staff"

"Great, clean tidy, helpful staff"

"Excellent find just 10 mins out of Birmingham city centre with easy and convenient links to it (plenty of buses or also Uber). The Town House is a somewhat non descript Victorian style house - similar to plenty others on the street- but inside is a real treat. Very clean, super well decorated, all amenities available, very quiet. The pub next door is also super cute and the food is excellent I will stay there again without hesitation."

"Excellent stay - plenty of parking - the staff made the place 100% - all very friendly and down to earth"

"Absolutely lovely pub. The staff and locals were very friendly and helpful. Despite the pub being very popular, and I had the bedroom window open i didn't hear any noise from downstairs. The room and bathroom was spotless with a lovely comfy bed and great extras. I would definitely stay here again"

"Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff."

"Staff at restaurant on site very helpful, however the restaurant could do with a bit of TLC. As the restaurant has recently changed ownership the furniture could do with cleaning. The food was very good and all the staff were only too pleased to be helpful and attentive."

"Very clean and many shops available around the house"

"Reception was lovely, staff were very helpful at breakfast"
