Staff were very friendly and helpful, but our room was small and had a damp smell. The mattress was uncomfortable and the shower had grime and very little water pressure. I do feel it’s overpriced compared to equivalent hotels

Lovely little boutique hotel for a one night stay. The room was clean but needs a little freshen up. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and there were no hooks anywhere to hang towels. The shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. Parking was easy and right outside the door. Within walking distance of Cadbury's and about a 15 minute walk from nearby pubs and restaurants. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Plenty of choice for breakfast, including hot and cold items. Easy to find, just off the main road and right opposite Cadbury's. Lovely garden outside with places to sit.

Clean room, was there with a colleague who had the room next to mine, mine was the bigger more expensive room but I didn't have a fridge which my colleague had, also rooms not air-conditioned had a small fan which helped a little with the heat but not much

6/10 Good

Room was tidy but decor tired. Was disappointed there was no evening meal service although it was suggested I could order food in. Bus service was ideal to get to Royal Orthopedic Hospital, just 2 buses. Noisy plumbing from other rooms, both early morning and late evening. Very little storage in room. Lovely staff.
