You had no problem taking my money in advance, but made it very difficult to enter the place while standing outside in the cold for a looong...

"Very large comfortable room in a typically Bavarian house with attractive wood panelling and ceilings in the public areas. Just a short walk from the S-Bahn railway station which is two stops from the airport and around 25 mins from Marienplatz in the city centre. Ismaning is an attractive suburb of Munich with two or three good restaurants. "
