Overall, the hotel was wonderful, clean and roomy. We had plenty of space for our two adults and one child in the family lofted room. The staff wasn’t around much, and it felt like we were the only guests there. But when we did interact with the staff, they were very friendly kind of gave an Airbnb type feeling. Some concerns as Americans was the lack of air-conditioning, no fridge in the room and nowhere to get ice. Someone traveling in our party needed to keep medication cold and ice was very expensive to buy from the gas stations daily as the other option was to leave with the staff in their fridge, but the front desk was rarely manned in the mornings and at night. Additionally, because of the heat, our windows were open most evenings and there is a church close and the bell goes off very frequently. Which cause issues with sleeping. The restaurant on site was not open Friday or Saturday nights, which was a little disappointing when you get back from a day of traveling and can’t grab a bite there in the hotel. Even with those minor issues, I would recommend this hotel to other travelers

I was grounded in Munich due to the storm and booked one night here. My room was a reasonable rate and super clean and the staff, from front desk to restaurant - at night and the next morning, were top notch working their tails off due to the influx of stranded guests. I wish I had more time to explore but this place was warm and had a very calm and eco aesthetic.

Schöne, geräumige Zimmer. Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption funktionierte bestens und auch unsere Extrawünsche wurden unkompliziert erfüllt. Es waren ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, und das Frühstück war sensationell. Als kleine Verbesserung wäre eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer schön gewesen. Da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist, wäre zumindest ein Ventilator wünschenswert, denn nachts war es ziemlich warm.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, meine erste Nacht die ich seit langem durchgeschlafen habe. Top Zimmer, mit drei Fenster die wir Nachts im Obergeschoss geöffnet lassen haben. Es war einfach herrlich. Und dazu noch mit einem absolut gutem Restaurant. Das Personal dort war sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend, das Essen absolut hervorragend. Wir hatten das Kalbsschnitzel mit Kartoffelsalat, Kaiserschmarrn als Dessert und alles zusammen war ein absoluter Traum. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Schnelles ein- und auschecken, Zimmer sauber und funktional, jedoch keine Klimaanlage oder ein Ventilator im Zimmer was bei über 30 Grad im Sommer unterm Dach doch Schlafqualität kostet. Zimmerreinigung und Handtuchwechsel muss bei längerem Aufenthalt angemeldet werden. Frühstückt hat alles was man braucht, genügend Parkplätze ums Haus. Gute Küche im Gasthof. Personal flink und freundlich!
