"Very comfortable hotel with a friendly team of front office staff."

"Great location and such a comfortable bed,"

"Staff were amazing. From check in, to bar staff, to the young lad that was on breakfast service. I’d come back to the hotel just based on the impression I got from the staff! Parking was an excellent bonus. Gave my details as we checked in and had no problems even though there was an event on at the O2 that night. We will definitely use the pilot hotel again!"

"The views were incredible from our room."

"Visited as a family with young children and this was a great base. Easy to get to using DLR with our buggy. Well located, we visited central London, Tower Bridge, Greenwich, and South Kennington Museums from here with ease. Road outside can be quite busy but from inside the apartment we barely heard a sound and curtains did a good job keeping out light at nighttime. Well equipped, comfy beds, and located near several convenience stores for stocks and supplies. Highly recommended and would stay...

"I stayed here after going to the o2 for a concert it’s convenient because you are going further out of London so in the opposite direction to most people. It was clean and quiet and the small kitchen was useful."

"The decor was tired.the bed excellent.staff excellent.the seating tired looking.the window wouldn’t close fully."
