Staff were amazing. From check in, to bar staff, to the young lad that was on breakfast service. I’d come back to the hotel just based on the impression I got from the staff! Parking was an excellent bonus. Gave my details as we checked in and had no problems even though there was an event on at the O2 that night. We will definitely use the pilot hotel again!

What a lush little hotel. We stayed here before a gig at the 02 and the location couldn’t have been better , 10 minute walk to the venue. Felt very safe walking back after the show at 11.30pm. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming , I arrived a bit early for check in but they were very happy to accommodate that. The room was ideal for a nights stay and I was grateful for the desk as I had some work to do. Very clean, comfortable bed and it had all of the basic amenities provided. We didn’t have the cooked breakfast but the continental was nice. There was enough choice without it being too much. We would stay here again and would recommend for anyone heading to the 02.

Great stay. Great location. Great transport links via Jubilee Line. Parking. Our two-night stay exceeded expectations. Had gluten free options for breakfast. Very helpful staff. Good sized twin room for two people to share. Gave us a discount code when we checked out, to use for future bookings. We will definitely book again for our next London stay.

Excellent location as we were watching a show at the O2 arena. A piece of history in the middle of high rise buildings. It’s been lovingly restored and maintained with quirky design elements to it. They had great breakfast choices and had a relaxed atmosphere. I love these kinds of places. Just the relaxing weekend my husband needed.
