"We had a corner room and it was really big, had a king size bed and another areas with sofa and tv. Bed was very comfy and the shower was very powerful. 5 mins from train station and 15 mins walk to the beautiful old town. great location we used the bad drop facilities and everything was great. No issues. Initially it didn't look as fancy as some of our hotels but it was a great surprise."

"Staff was very professional, the hotel was very close to Luxembourg station with market nearby. It felt safe for a solo female traveler. They even came for housekeeping, which I did not expect for a 2-night stay. My only “complaint” was the size of the room. It was very small, and had no room to lay my suitcase, and definitely could not open it up completely. "

"Stayed at Chateau d’Urspelt to kickoff a 2 week trip in Europe from America. From the second we turned into the hotel grounds (which lies upon renovated castle grounds), we were so impressed. We immediately had our jaws on the floor with the overall ambience and beauty of the resort, and enjoyed time in the library on the first afternoon. Major highlights that simply cannot be found elsewhere are the gorgeous spa equipped with a LARGE network of natural-looking caverns to swim through, with an amazing sauna, and the very cool underground cellar bar which was also larger than I thought. The second night a large senior tour group had been stopping through for dinner and a one night stay, and although the hotel was significantly busier than our first night, the restaurant staff treated us with care and individuality, and we were not bothered by any noise. In fact the Bar that night was a huge trip highlight! Big shoutout to Bruno and Moses for making us feel at home immediately"

"Ramiz at Reception was welcoming & professional. He informed me about the area and a little about the history. The room was spacious, clean & bed was comfortable. Restaurants & grocery store witin walking distance. Free local transport - train, bus trams to city centre - though a little far from city centre. The University of Luxembourg is known for its departments of life sciences medicine & tech. A number of start ups in the area - a young city, well-planned for the future."

"Good room. High ceilings. Would have liked a stronger shower pressure. Tv has BBC but no other channels. Service impeccable as ever. I do like this place very much!"

"There was a lot of building work going on outside the hotel which was a shame, but inside the hotel was lovely. Check in was very slow as there was only 1 person checking people in, which for a large hotel with a big event going on while we were there, isn't very good. Public transport in Luxembourg is free, and there is a very convenient bus stop outside the hotel to get into the city centre."
