"Staff at the hotel were so accommodating and welcoming. The property was beautiful. Pool and gardens were well kept."

"Great view iof sea, hard bed, poor shower pressure/ temperature. Very noisy night club next door until early hours of the morning. Breakfast was a terrible experience. Long queues to get in unless you get there before 8 am. Queues at cooked pancake, omelette maker. No bread for toast. Rolls running out. Poor choice fruit.It was chaos each morning. The best part were the staff. "

Buffet passable et resto spécialité exécrable, impossibilité de joindre les deux Riu adjacent pour les repas, spectacles si singuliers qu’on pourrait s’en passer, deux serveurs seulement pour les cocktails à la piscine pour plus de 300 personnes, pas de navette pour l’aéroport, vieil hôtel avec ameublement plutôt antique qui pourrait être rafraîchi, somme toute très déçu par rapport à ce que je suis habitué avec le groupe Riu."

"1er bémol, le personnel de la réception ne sait pas gérer les demandes de la clientele par exemple, présentation du sire, des activites offertes, et offrir un sourire. 2e bémol, une odeur de puisard est apparue dans la douche de notre chambre qui aura pris 2 jours a régler."

"We were delighted with this hotel. From check in to check out we received the best attention and service from every member of staff we encountered. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Zac gave us a garden view room which was away from the pool area and very peaceful and quiet. The adult pool area was perfect. Overlooking the ocean and away from the main family pool it had waiter service from the restaurant bar and a lovely restaurant for lunch. The pool guys were attentive, brining extra towels and cushions and positioning the umberllas for us throughout the day. We also enjoyed the beach bar and restarant just across the path from the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff. "
