Spacious, clean and comfortable but basic

Large apartment, clean, comfortable bed. Reasonable price. But...not near the beach (25 min walk—OK with us), no wifi except at the reception, no air or heat, basic equipment for the kitchen, ask for toilette paper if there’s none, best sea views are from the top floor.

First of all, I booked a month ago, but when I came to the hotel I waited 4 hours to have my appartment( from midday to 4pm). They gave me a the ground floor which is very dangerous location because of the scorpions and insects. It's a nightmare especially we have kids. Moreover there were no towels at all

Nous connaissons Lunja Village depuis plusieurs années, bien avant son rattachement au groupe Accor. Lors de nos précédents séjours, nous réservions un appartement pour 5 personnes (2 chambres et un salon avec des canapés) et nous avions toujours été satisfaits du service. Cette fois-ci, nos attentes étaient encore plus élevées en raison de son appartenance au groupe Accor. Nous avons également constaté une hausse significative des tarifs. Une augmentation de prix peut se comprendre si elle s'accompagne d'une amélioration des prestations, mais cela n'a malheureusement pas été le cas lors de notre séjour. Nous avons réservé un chalet pour 5 personnes et avons dû payer un supplément pour la 5ᵉ p. En soi, cela ne nous dérange pas si c'est la nouvelle politique de l'établissement. En revanche, rien n'avait été prévu pour cette personne supplémentaire. Pire encore, le chalet n'était même pas correctement équipé pour les 4p. Le service a été particulièrement décevant. Nous avons dû attendre 3j, sur un séjour de 4j, avant d'obtenir de nouvelles serviettes ainsi que les produits d'hygiène. Le personnel est accueillant, à l'écoute et sympathique, mais malheureusement très peu réactif. Malgré plusieurs appels et plusieurs déplacements à la réception, nous n'avons obtenu ce dont nous avions besoin qu'après être allés attendre directement à l'accueil. Nous espérions une amélioration du service mais notre expérience a malheureusement été en dessous de nos attentes.

Séjour globalement agréable, mais très déçu par le service de ménage. Dans la description de l’hôtel avant réservation, il est indiqué qu’un ménage quotidien est prévu. Pourtant, durant mes 4 jours dans un chalet, personne n’est venu faire le ménage, même après ma réclamation à la réception. Ce manque de suivi est dommage et ne correspond pas à ce qui est annoncé.

First of all this one of the best places... But only one think . The swimming pool was the worst and the guy work there ! Je was very rude! Some of the staff they really do hard work and they giv much they can ! Like Hasan in the bar very friendly and good service!! Miriam in the reception Amazing very professional this 2staff made me feel comfortable and enjoyable my stay Thank you The rest of the staff are always tierd!

j'ai l'jabitude de passer mes vacances a lunja village.ce qui m'interesse c'est la sécurité de cet etablissrment il se trouve dans la region dAGADIR pleine de sites naturels ou l'individu peut passer d'agreables vacances .cette region est connue pour son agreale climat pendant toute l'année a visiter AGADIR .AMESOUANE.VALLEE DU PARADIS.VILLA AL LAYMOUNE.AKESHI.IMOUZER ET PLAGES IMI OUDER.PLAGE AGHROUD et la liste est tres longue c'est la 7 eme année que je visite cet endroit et a chaque depart je penses a y revenir vraiment c'est agréable

Très déçu, trop de bruits, tapage nocturne toute la nuit, des soirées de jeunes par dizaines dans les appartements. J’appelle la réception toute la nuit aucune réponse, on m’a confirmé ce matin qu’ils sont dépassés et la situation était hors de leurs contrôle. En tous cas je ne mettrai plus jamais les pieds la bas et je le déconseille fortement.

Very nice property in a good location. Beach nearby is amazing. However, the service can be better. Check in/out very slow. The appartement was not ready and we had to call 4 times and go to reception at 11pm to get blankets and towels.

Only operational in the summer rhe property is not well maintained and staff is not sufficient. About 2 hours for checking. The tea room supposed to be open akl day no one there. We had to call the waiter from the bar for coffee. No snacks/ restaurants around the pool. The appartment is big but no need for all that space for 4 people. No A/C. No soap. Only 2 towels. We were disappointed.
