Fun experience- staff was fun and energetic.

It is over expectation. The owner is very nice and friendly person. He has communicated with me before the trip and answered my questions quickly. The tent is pretty big exceeding our imagination. We have free dinner and lunch, even morning camel ride to see sun rise. They were not included in original price. Everyone is happy with the accommodations.

Our stay in hassilabiad appart hotel was a great stay the only placed we felt home and surrounded by Familly and friends , we felt very welcomed by every one and we had a great food we try a variety of food and some desert and local speciality , the location was close to every things and we walked to the sand dunes and to the oases where local mad their vegetables and every things was organic , we learned a lot about the irrigation system in the desert and how they can find water in the desert ,...

Excellent, highly recommend.

Truly a “bucket list” Experience surpassing our high expectations. Thanks Hassan for making us feel at home in the Sahara

This is a great place, we really liked it a lot. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the dinner was fantastic, they were generous friendly and patient and we would stay again immediately. 10/10

I had an incredible stay in the Merzouga Sahara Desert, at this camp which perfectly situated at the foot of the highest sand dunes and near a beautiful lake. The atmosphere was amazing, the king-sized bed was cozy, and the authentic food was absolutely delicious. Ahmed, the manager, and his team were warmly welcoming and went above and beyond to share the rich history and culture of the desert. I particularly appreciated Ahmed’s insights into fossils and the ancient creatures, like the...

The tents on the campground were beautifully appointed and felt like luxury hotel rooms, from a clean and comfortable bed to high-quality shower and bathroom areas. The personnel could not have been more attentive and accommodating and were helpful and supportive at every turn. Set dinners were well-priced and were very good. My one cautionary message would be some unexpected additional charges imposed by the camp. They charge 300 MAD ($30 US) per night for critically important nighttime...

What an incredible experience this was. Hafid and his staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The setting was spectacular and peaceful. The staff was so friendly and hospitable. The drum circle was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We enjoyed learning about the culture. A once in a lifetime experience.

I dont know where to start. With so many choices , we shortlisted coz of reviews / ac in the room. This was the best experience we will carry the memories

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They have a beautiful rooftop view of the dunes where we had tea and dinner. The room was nicely decorated and very cozy!

Words cannot describe the magical experience of staying in this luxury tent camp. We were treated like royalty by the most attentive, multilingual staff we have ever encountered anywhere in our extensive travels In Asia, North & South America, Europe, and Morocco. The aptly named camp resides at the base of a gorgeous tangerine orange sand dune. Total privacy and serenity. The unearthly silence of the night is only interrupted by the sound of the tent walls gentle rustling in the warm desert...

The service at this camp is beyond excellent and the service of staff member Hamed is exceptional. My wife and I stayed at this camp on the 27-28 January, 2025. We rode the camel to the camp (separate price $25 euros) and we stopped for about an hour on the dunes to see the sunset. Our camel guide was Ishmael who was very friendly and my view is that persons who are opposed to use of camel as transport must understand that for the camel operators, this is a source of income for persons in the...
