Helpful staff

Every morning during my stay, I had breakfast on the 4th floor with a view of the Sarawak River. There were varieties of local dishes, desserts and fruits. The professionalism of the staff aligned with the quality of the property and delicious room service menu choices; top-notch! There was some construction going on that we only barely heard once for about 10 minutes. Bonus: my family of three where two of us have wheelchair needs, we found the food court, spa services and convenience store on the property to be very comfortable and convenient. We plan to visit frequently just to order take out from their devine chef and his signature cheese...

Good place

Very nice room, even got one that didn't reek of cigarettes. Only problem with it is access. It's not a long walk anywhere but the heat and the lack of footpaths made getting around less than enjoyable and took the shine off an otherwise excellent experience a bit. That said I would stay there again.

The staff here are great! They had mixed up our arrival date, and we'd had a 1am pick-up scheduled at the airport. They did not come, but I called and they were there within 15 minutes and did not charge us for the shuttle since they had messed up. They have a small kitchen and private bathrooms (no hot water). The Wi-Fi works well. It is close to the riverfront, and several restaurants and shops. Kuching is a very easy city to get around. Oliver also gave us great tips for our visit to Bako...

This is an amazing place. Be sure to book a treehouse for beautiful ocean views. There are two beaches and a waterfall pool. They offer many activities, and there are gorgeous monkeys who live wild in the trees. Just be aware that as it is in the rainforest, there are ants that will get on any food you have in your room, so always rinse coffee cups and throw out wrappers. As long as you do that, your room will be fine.
