The staff was beyond excellent, location was excellent, cleanliness was excellent!! Three thumbs up for this establishment! I stay in 200 hotels a year in America and wish any one of them had the service and caring this place gives!! 7 out of 5 Stars!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Very pretty hotel, in an excellent area. Very clean and great service.

Overall, the staff was great and very friendly. On our last night, our flight was at night and they securely stored our luggage while we walked around for the day until it was time to head to the airport. There was an error in the type of vehicle to the airport because I had asked the night before to reserve a van that would fit a family of 6, but they were able to obtain 2 taxis fairly quickly for the same price we would’ve paid for the van. We enjoyed our stay and couldn't have picked a better spot! We walked everywhere and the area was safe. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast- there are better places around for breakfast if you are vegetarian or vegan.

Hotel is amazing great views of the city the only thing I was a little disappointed they never took me a fresh set of towels when I called the front desk that was the only bad thing. Overall great experience!

The hotel located in a perfect spot - close to the beach, malecon, many restaurants. Easy to get here from the airport by the local bus. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast - it was cooked for me from scratch every morning, when many other hotels give just a bag of cold breakfast items. My stay was amazing the food , the service impeccable!! Everyone was super attentive shout out to all the staff that met me at karaoke at the dreams lobby bar, “Andres”, the ladies in the coffee shop the servers in Chardonnay, and the manager from 360 !. What I liked most about my stay was the safety.! No one is getting in n out of the elevators without a room card. N you can only use your card for your floor you can’t access two room floors at once. Hotel De Mendoza is well located if you want to explore the main part of the city. It is well kept and the staff are welcoming and accommodating to one's needs. It has a wonderfully view of the Centro and Catedral.

Me hubiese gustado que hubiera más opciones de comida en la zona, ni Uber llega a esta zona lo cual resultó difícil encontrar comida. A parte de eso, el hotel y la estancia estuvo bien.

Incredible experience if you are just interested in staying in a hotel that has everything. Absolutely great for kids. Only thing that was a little odd and I hope they change at some point is they seem to only let you take taxis out vs Uber and they are more expensive.

Great hotel for price,across from Plaza Wasn’t thrilled with breakfast in restaurant, but no complaints about hotel.
