Brand new. it was a five star hotel for the price of a 3 star. everything worked. deck that overlooks the beach. the location was stellar. days the surf was too high there was a pool. attached to the hotel is a bar/restaurant with above average food. whats not to like about sitting on the beach and eating super tasty food? easy to just stay there or walk a short distance into town. for those who love the beach and the waves this is an excellent choice

Overall, the staff was great and very friendly. On our last night, our flight was at night and they securely stored our luggage while we walked around for the day until it was time to head to the airport. There was an error in the type of vehicle to the airport because I had asked the night before to reserve a van that would fit a family of 6, but they were able to obtain 2 taxis fairly quickly for the same price we would’ve paid for the van.
