The staff was beyond excellent, location was excellent, cleanliness was excellent!! Three thumbs up for this establishment! I stay in 200 hotels a year in America and wish any one of them had the service and caring this place gives!! 7 out of 5 Stars!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

They exceeded my expectations, the hotel itself is beautiful and it makes you feel super relaxed. The staff is super kind, the room was big and nicely decorated. I got a massage in my room with Lulú and it was amazing.

This is the best hotel in Guadalajara. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the service is outstanding. Love everything about it. I usually stay at this hotel 3 to 4 times a year.

Staff super helpful and accommodating rooms are comfortable property is blocks away from great restaurants as well as convenience stores, while offering 24 hr room service.

…missing a connection sucks a$$ and when you’re disgruntled and have no where to go - finding out this hotel was in this airport turned my frown upside down and I went asleep. They were able to accommodate a late check out which subsided the lack of flights out of here and having to sit for a day made it not dreadful. Basically if you get stuck in Guadalajara I would stay here.

Very welcoming and the staff had it clean. Hot water was awesome everything worked as it should. Only 5 min away walking from the Basilica.

The hotel located in a perfect spot - close to the beach, malecon, many restaurants. Easy to get here from the airport by the local bus. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast - it was cooked for me from scratch every morning, when many other hotels give just a bag of cold breakfast items. We enjoyed our stay and couldn't have picked a better spot! We walked everywhere and the area was safe. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast- there are better places around for breakfast if you are vegetarian or vegan.

Clean rooms

The fact that it was close to the cathedral the staff was amaizing and it was convenient for me, for the fact that it was the first time visiting guadalajara. It was perfect

Hotel De Mendoza is well located if you want to explore the main part of the city. It is well kept and the staff are welcoming and accommodating to one's needs. It has a wonderfully view of the Centro and Catedral.

This is my 7th time I book in this hotel and the staff is always friendly, the hotel very quiet and clean.

My stay was amazing the food , the service impeccable!! Everyone was super attentive shout out to all the staff that met me at karaoke at the dreams lobby bar, “Andres”, the ladies in the coffee shop the servers in Chardonnay, and the manager from 360 !. What I liked most about my stay was the safety.! No one is getting in n out of the elevators without a room card. N you can only use your card for your floor you can’t access two room floors at once. Very nice newer hotel. Best Hampton Inn that I ever stayed in. Breakfast is great! AC works really well. Important this time of year. Relaxing pool.

Really nice place and great people

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable. The hotel is quite outdated and could definitely use some updating, but the location is excellent. Despite that, it’s always my preferred choice when I travel alone. When traveling with guests or attending special events, I usually choose a more modern hotel.

I love staying at Cabo, as it is truly stunning! The grounds are beautiful, the staff is welcoming and the pool is clean. The location is wonderful as you can take a short walk to town if you want a bit more activities.
