We loved the hotel and location. The front desk and restaurant staff were awesome. The amenities needed to have washcloths. Other than that the amenities were great. We would definitely stay there again.

Such a gorgeous view of land and mountains - and the trains quietly go by! Clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, great bathrooms, and what an outdoor patio! We were arriving late at night so I called the hotel and they made arrangements to leave our key card in an outdoor safe with a code - it was so helpful! Everything about this stay was 5 stars! The super friendly family-owned establishment is clean, cozy, welcoming, and the service is amazing. Our room was amazing and very clean. The bed was super comfy. The staff made us feel comfortable and helped us with planning our trip to the Kitzbüheler Horn. The hotel offers a free trip to the top of the mountain and I can’t say enough about our experience to the top. Breakfast was great except the coffee. Our coffee was either bitter or lukewarm. The place was great. The only issue I found was I thought we were right at the Hahnenkammbahn, but the property is far from that location... at least 15 minute walk. No problem as we were not skiing and the place was good for us. Even though right by train track you do not here the train as the building was insulated well. Great overall.

A great place to stay if you plan to ski in the Hintertux glacier and its surroundings. The staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms, as well as common areas, have great design, beautiful details, everything was chosen with great taste. The spa area has everything for a fantastic apres-ski experience.

Rustic elegance with magnificent vistas. Great hiking trails as well as a spectacular spa with indoor and outdoor lounge areas as well as an outside sauna - swim suits unnecessary. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating- thank you, Samar.
