Beautiful, quite, and majestic property. Loved our stay filled with excellent food, pool time and relaxation. Staff was professional, friendly and responsive. Stayed 3 nights, 1 adult and 3 young kids. Would love to return some day!

This was perfect for my family. It is out of the way of a lot of things so you do have to drive a while to get to anything further south on the island but we didn’t mind at all. The aquarium is close to this place and a few other things like the pineapple winery. We absolutely loved it. They even included some complimentary drinks when we arrived. very pleasant, quite, clean and not expensive

First off the staff were amazing from the moment we drove up to the property, then with urgency getting a cart for the bags, the front desk were very knowledgeable ( if they didn’t know something they found out for you) bottom line very professional but personable. They just had a soft opening 5/25, we arrived on the 28th. Not being able to speak fluent japanese they all made an effort to help me. Kouri Island is lovely. Great views in a clean and comfortable room. The manager is friendly and helpful. Make sure to look at directions as opposed to just trusting the GPS. It will save you time and avoid totally unnecessary stress.

Great stay. Underground parking at the hotel is extremely convenient.
