First off the staff were amazing from the moment we drove up to the property, then with urgency getting a cart for the bags, the front desk were very knowledgeable ( if they didn’t know something they found out for you) bottom line very professional but personable. They just had a soft opening 5/25, we arrived on the 28th. Not being able to speak fluent japanese they all made an effort to help me. What a lovely place to stay. Beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to it. Love the hotel pajamas. They are so comfortable. We rented a car and had a wonderful time exploring nearby areas and driving north. Also, we could go at our own pace and not worry about getting to the tours on time and feeling rushed through our experiences. We would love to stay here again if we return to Onna City. Very clean, great customer service, great amenities, spacious accommodations.
Great view and a good location for accessing all sites on the island. The house was very roomy and was full of beautiful art, including the painted sliding walls for the tatami mat rooms.
The staff was outstanding, super helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The facilities are very clean including the indoor amazing aquarium full of incredible sea creatures! The location accommodates families with children, so there were many children. It still remained quiet and enjoyable. Lots of amenities to make use of and activities to do. Fitness facility was just right.
