"The hotel is in an excellent location with a covered walkway to the mall. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Thanks Micheal, Nico, Lyster, Josh and Mely. The hotel was very secure, someone was always at the door. The rooms had very secure locks. The room safe was functional. I had left a lot of coins on the dresser countertop and the coins were still there after housekeeping had cleaned the room. I had to manually tip housekeeping if I happened to be in the room at the time they were cleaning. Pool was very nice. "

"Staff- they are nice and accommodating Breakfast- plenty of choices (Filipino and American dish) Beddings- comforters don't have duvet, they are wrapped with 2 blankets Bathroom- it is slippery and clogged Room- smelly (bring air freshener) Jacuzzi- cold water only Sauna- not working Gym- ok "

"Staff was friendly who worked up front ! The cashier at breakfast restaurant maydawe I think that’s what it’s called ! Anyway lady did not provide the 15% Dusit discount ! I spoke to cashier and front desk and neither knew how to simple just credit back the 15% as it’s not difficult and it’s standard ! When you make mistake fix it and do not say I’m night cashier write your info down and I’ll see what I can do ? That’s not a way to handle the situation ! Bathroom also leaked water all over floor from shower ! The pool area is nice and the Thai restaurant are good ! Housekeeping very good ! "

"It's a dirty and noisy place. For that 😂 it's 2 star but hotel itself in a very perfect place. Just doors are making sound, bathroom we're molded and door wasn't properly, in this price I think, this is what you get. It's my first time though so "
