I’ve stayed in Dusit probably 7 years ago, the lobby’s ambiance, the hospitality of the staff excellent. The rooms still in good condition but needs upgrades. A good floor polishing in bathroom is recommended as well as fresh scent to hotel carpets in hallways. Breakfast was excellent my family enjoyed the variety of dishes served.

The staff was great and the amenities were nice! The bed was also very comfortable. Outside of that, it was a bit disappointing that we had to ask for the sink to be fixed, the safe to have batteries installed, and if the air purifier was properly maintained right after our check in. For a Dusit Thani, it seemed this branch was not a top priority of the company. Also, the ceiling vents where the air con came out were filthy and the water oscillated between hot and cold while showering. Again, great staff, but the upkeep of the hotel was not as expected for a 4/5 star expectation.
